Before you make the Application

  • Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
    Please note that your application does not automatically means the "confirmation" of the reservation.
    Payment by credit card is mandatory to complete your application.
  • Once the hotel rooms are all sold out, we may NOT take the requests any further even before the application deadline of May 15.
  • For the applicants below 20 years of age, parental consent is required. Please print out "Parental consent form" and send it back to us by e-mail at gmd_iod03@or.knt.co.jp or by fax at "+81-3-6891-9409" within 5 days after your application.
  • Participants below 15 years of age need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What is included in the Price

・Special Gift - to be handed over upon hotel check-in.

There is no refund of the price at all, even if you do not take all or part of above services for your own convenience.

What is NOT included in the Price

･Any expenses which are NOT mentioned in the "What is included in the price", such as transportation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, laundry etc. However, you can add breakfast to accommodation plan as an option.

･Concert ticket is NOT included in the price.  Please apply for the ticket as an option from below.

Cancellation Policy for Accommodation Plan

A written notification should be sent to KNT-CT Global Travel by e-mail (gmd_iod03@or.knt.co.jp) for changes and cancellation. Changes and cancellations by telephone is not accepted.

  • The date and time of the change and cancellation is based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 10:00am-5:00pm [Japan time]). Please note we will be closed on national holidays. After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges. 
  • Cancellation charge will incur even a change of room type, check-in, and check-out date. In case of room type change from twin to single room as an example, an accompanying person will be responsible for the corresponding cancellation charge for him or her room.  
  • Refunds will be made to the same credit card as used in a purchase after the concert period.
  • Please contact the hotel directly for hotel changes/cancellations after August 24th 3:00 pm (Japan time).

  • Only one ticket per person on each accommodation plan.　同一住宿计划内每位住客只能购买一张门票。
  • A concert ticket includes the "HATSUNE MIKU Magical Mirai 2018" Osaka Exhibition entry ticket. (Valid for only one day of Exhibition in Osaka)
  • Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Please note that your application does not automatically means the "confirmation" of the reservation.
    Payment by credit card is mandatory to complete your application.
  • Application for this Concert Ticket should come with the application of Accommodation Plan-“A”, "B", "C" or "D".
  • After your application there is NO refund at all for any cancellation afterwards.
  • If you cancel the Accommodation Plan, application for concert ticket will also be cancelled (No refund).
  • Once the Concert Tickets are all sold out, we may NOT take the requests any further even before the application deadline of May 15.
  • The ticket will be handed over to you at the venue in exchange with the confirmation letter from us.  We may request a photo ID (e.g. passport) to check your identity.

  • 如酒店及演唱会门票提前售完,即使于报名截止日(5月15日)前我公司不保证接受有关申请。

  • One single application can apply for one room only. If you apply for one person only, please choose a single room. For two persons, please choose a twin room. For three persons, please choose a triple room. 每次申请只可预订一间房间。如一个人入住请选择单人房间，两个人入住请选择双人房间，三个人入住请选择三人房间。
