Plan B / C：Concert ticket for 1 day (1st or 2nd day's performance) + 2 nights at hotel (includes breakfasts) + exclusive souvenir

・Above rates are per person and valid only during the period specified above.

・Above rates DO NOT include: Other meals except breakfast, personal expenses (laundry, telephone bill, mini-bar, medical expenses due to injury or illness, travel insurance), Transfer fee between hotel to Saitama Super Arena
・Room equipment: Bathroom and toilet
・Minimum required number of participants:

・A tour guide will not accompany.
・The requests for the refund because of the cancellation due to the customer’s convenience will not be accepted.

【Notice about the pilgrimage tour】

After the package ends, the Love Live! Series 9th Annual Pilgrimage Tour is scheduled to begin.

Period: January 20 (Mon) to January 21, 2020 (Tue) - 2 days and 1 night

Destinations: Numazu and Akihabara

 

Important Notes

【Conditions of Participation】

*Applicant needs to be a resident outside of Japan who is not entitled to Japanese nationality.
*Concert tickets are required for all children ages 3 and over. Please note that hotel, breakfast, ticket prices and conditions are the same as those for adults.
*For those under the age of 15 at the time the package begins:
1. You may not attend by yourself.
2. Please apply along with a parent so that they will accompany you.
＊For those aged 15 to 19 at the time the package begins may attend on their own. However, you must submit a permission form from your parent and/or guardian. Once your entry is selected, please fill out our “official permission form” and submit it via e-mail (lovelivefes01@or.knt.co.jp).

【Applications】

*Applications are not accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis, so please apply at any time during the application period. Applicants will be selected via lottery if there are a high number of entries.
*There is no waiting list.
*Each person may only apply for one plan for one time per person. Multiple applications by one person / Making two applications with replaced applicant and companion/ Multiple applications with replaced companions are all strictly restricted. Please be aware that all of these applications will be nullified.

【Payment】

* All payments of Online Registration must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card.
Credit Card: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and JCB.
*After receiving a notification about winning the lottery, please register your credit card information to the specified URL and pay the package fee within the specified period.
*Drawer of this online payment transaction will be “Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd./ KINTETSU INTERNATIONAL”.
However, the company name might be slightly changed depending on the card company.
*Please use a credit card which is valid at least until March, 2020.

【Concert Tickets】

*Tickets are printed with the buyer’s name. Please be sure to apply using the name of the person attending.
*Tickets may only be used by the person named on the ticket. (No trading)
*Ticket re-sales (including via online auctions or selling for more than the standard price) and any attempts to resell tickets are strictly forbidden. Please be aware that resold tickets will be nullified and holders will not be allowed into the concert venue.
*The seating at the concert venue will be decided via lottery.
*We cannot answer any inquiries pertaining to the seating at the concert venue.
*Once tickets are distributed the day before the concert, they cannot be reprinted if lost, and you will not be allowed to enter the venue, no matter the cause. Please be sure to carefully keep track of your ticket until the concert is finished.

 

We will verify your identity by passport when handing over tickets. Please bring your original passport to reception. We cannot accept copies.

 

If we do not accept that you are the ticket applicant based on comparison with the contents of the application, we will cancel your participation and will make no refund. Also, we cannot deal with a proxy for the applicant via a proxy letter, etc. The applicant himself or herself must attend.

 

Companions must also attend themselves and bring their passports. Please note that an applicant cannot collect companions’ tickets all together.

 

In the case a duplicate winning (*1) by the same person is discovered (such as changing the e-mail address or telephone number, and applying as a different person of the same first and last name), the winning right for the second and subsequent tickets will be canceled, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged, and the trip will be canceled.

 

Note that if it is discovered when the ticket is picked up, the cancellation fee will 100%, and the ticket cannot be handed over.

【Hotel】

*Hotel selections will be made on our end. Please be aware that we cannot accept requests.
*Twin room applicants will be assigned to a twin room with accompanying person, and single room applicants will be assigned to a single or double room alone. We cannot offer a room for three persons. Triple room is not available.

【Travel Fee】

* This package does not include the cost of airfare to-and-from Japan or the cost of transportation domestically within Japan.
* Please note that we cannot give refunds or switch seats after you have been given your ticket.
* Door times, concert start times, and performers may be altered due to any various reasons. Please note that no refunds for tickets, travel expenses, etc. will be offered in such cases.
* Please be aware that in such cases in which the performance must be inevitably cancelled, you will not be compensated for your own travel expenses.

【Final Confirmation】

A final confirmation will be sent to you by email in the middle of December.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

【Cancellation Fee】

A participant may cancel the travel contract by paying the following cancellation charges after the conclusion of tour contract.

Love Live! Series 9th Anniversary LOVE LIVE! FEST official ticket & hotel package desk will be closed from December 27, 2019 to January 5, 2020, please be sure to submit your cancellations for all plans by December 26, 2019 (Thurs). Cancellations made after 5:30 pm on December 26, 2019 (Thurs) will be processed as being made on January 6, 2020 (Mon) which will incur a cancellation charge (Japan time).
