- The result of the lottery will be sent to the representative of the applicant by e-mail as a “lottery result notification” on or after Thursday, April 17, 2025.
- Payments are scheduled to be processed from 12:00 on Thursday, April 17, 2025 JST to 12:00 on Monday, April 21, 2025 JST.
- If your application is made within the application period, the same conditions apply regardless of when you apply.

- Tickets: 2 performances for Plan A and 1 performance for Plan B ＆ Plan C
- Accommodation fee: Western-style (with bath and toilet); Hotel accommodations for 3 nights for Plan A, and hotel accommodation for 2 nights for Plan B ＆ Plan C

The above fees will not be refunded even if you do not use part of the tour for your own reasons.

- Transportation between home and hotel (meeting and dismissal)

- Round-trip transportation between hotel and concert venue.
- Round-trip airfare to Japan and transportation within Japan are not included.

Cancellation Fee
After the conclusion of the tour contract, the customer may cancel the tour contract by paying the cancellation fee specified below to us.

[About Payment]
All payments for this tour must be made in Japanese yen by credit card.
Credit cards: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and JCB.
- After you are notified of your selection, please register your credit card information from the designated URL and complete payment for the trip by the designated date.
- The name of payment for this tour will be KNT or “Love Live! Superstar!! Liella! 6th Love Live! Tour ～Let's be ONE～”; however, the name of the company may differ slightly depending on your credit card company.
- An official booking for the tour is only valid upon our approval and payment of the tour fee by the due date. Failure to make the required payment by the due date will result in the reservation being no longer valid.
- Please use a credit card valid until at least Jun 2025.
[About Tickets]
- Valid for the individual only (non-transferable)
- Resale of purchased tickets (including selling on the internet auctions, selling at or above the list price, etc.) and any attempt to do so is prohibited. Please note that resold tickets will become invalid, and admission will be denied.
- Seats will be determined by lottery.
- We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding seating.
- Once the tickets are handed over, they cannot be reissued if lost for any reason, including theft, and you will be denied for admission. Please keep your ticket in a safe place until the end of the performance.
- When you receive your ticket, we will verify your identity with your passport.
Please bring your original passport to the reception. Photocopies will not be accepted.
In the event that the applicant is not identified, participation will be cancelled and no refund will be made. Proxy applications with power of attorney will not be accepted. Please make sure that the applicant himself/herself is present.
The accompanying person must also come with his/her own passport. Please note that the applicant cannot receive tickets for all accompanying persons together.
1 ticket will be awarded per person in any case.
In the event that you are found to be a duplicate winner (*1) (including cases where you have changed the e-mail address and/or phone number and applied as a different person with the same name), the second and any subsequent tickets you won will be revoked and the trip will be cancelled with the stipulated cancellation fee charged. Or, if you are found to be a duplicate winner upon delivery of a ticket, you will be charged 100% of trip cancellation fee and will not receive the ticket.

- The opening/starting times of the performances and the performers are subject to change due to various reasons, and the ticket fees and transportation expenses will not be refunded in such cases.
- No compensation will be made for transportation expenses incurred by customers even if the performance is cancelled due to force majeure.
- Participants must make their own arrangements for visas and entering Japan; no support of any kind will be provided.
