*The optional live show ticket includes the Hatsune Miku "Magical Mirai 2023" in OSAKA exhibition entry ticket.
*A live show ticket is required. The ticket is valid only for the specified live show venue, date and time.

 

Important Notice: Please make sure to read all precautions below.

  • * Application will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • * Applying to the option only is not available.
  • * One child aged under five may sit in a single adult passenger's lap (free of charge). If you need seat for your children, it is required to purchase seat for them.
  • * The live show and exhibition tickets are combined (Change of the date is unavailable).
  • * Option might be sold out before the application deadline.
  • * Option is sold on a separate agreement from the accommodation plan travel agreement.
  • * Change of option tickets is available only when tickets are in stock on the same day. When you would like to change the date, make a new accommodation plan reservation first.
  • * No refund will be made for Live Show tickets nor Exhibition tickets after the application deadline (noon, Monday, May 15th). You will not be able to receive the tickets after the cancellation.
  • * Only when the Live Show is canceled due to bad weather or other reasons, a refund of Live Show and Exhibition tickets will be made. In that case, however, travel fees or other expenses that are not included in your accommodation plan will not be covered.
  • * Ticket handling policies including the conditions stated above are provided by the event organizer.
  • * Cancellation because of your health conditions or infections of COVID-19 will not be refunded. As the COVID-19 situation might change, please make sure to check the latest updates on the official website before you come to the venue.
