Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. shall arrange and operate Agent Organized Tours in compliance with the Guidelines on Responding to COVID-19 in the Travel Industry.
To ensure the safety of your travel, we may ask about your health conditions, depending on which you may not be allowed to join the tour even on the starting date. (In that case, cancellation fees will still be charged.) We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Further information on conditions will be posted at or after 12:00 noon on Monday, April 24th (Japan Time). Please make sure to check them before applying.
Requests to all participants
- Check your health conditions before attending the tour. When you have a fever or are not feeling well, refrain from attending the tour.
- When you have a fever or feel sick during the tour, leave the group to avoid infecting other participants.
- We appreciate your cooperation in taking appropriate measures (wash your hands and cover your mouth when coughing etc.) to avoid the infection.
- Closely observe your and your family members’ health conditions. When you or one of your family members have a fever or feel sick, we request that you refrain from attending the tour. If you have visited countries/regions from which entry to Japan is restricted or a certain period of observation is required after entering Japan by the Japanese government, or you have been in close contact with those who live in those countries/regions within 14 days, we also request that you refrain from participating the tour. In addition, those who have been in close contact with infected persons in Japan are requested to follow the advice of public health centers or doctors and decide whether you participate in the tour or not.
- At the hotel: A body temperature check might be required prior to entering. If we find there is a risk of infection, we may ask you to cancel your participation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
In the event of changes in infection situations, requirements to avoid unnecessary tour by the government, or any other situations making it difficult to conduct the tour safely and smoothly, the tour may be canceled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

* This tour is NOT covered by the National Travel Assistance Program.
* Rooms will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.
* One room per reservation is available (one person for single use or two persons for twin use).
* When all the rooms are sold out, we may stop accepting applications even before the deadline.
* Those who are under fifteen need to be accompanied by a parent.
* Applicants who are between fifteen and eighteen and are not accompanied by their parents need to submit an agreement.
* If your hotel is unavailable due to COVID-19 situations or other reasons, we may arrange other hotels instead.
* When you need to correct your name, date of birth, phone number, or email address, contact the accommodation plan desk via email with your ID number and your plan. Change of hotel or accommodation plan after the application is not available. After reserving another hotel or accommodation plan by yourself, contact the accommodation plan desk to cancel the unnecessary reservations.
* Please note that it is not possible to change the representative's application information. Only changes to the accompanying person's application will be accepted up to one month prior to the stay.
* When you have chosen options, the cancellation of a hotel only is not available.
* If you would like to stay more nights without options, contact the accommodation plan desk via email.

Cancellation Policy for Accommodation Plan
Cancellations will be charged as follows:

- * Any correspondence received after business hours (10:00 am to 17:00 pm Japan Time) will be processed on the next business day.
- * If you would like to change your plan or room type, make a new reservation by yourself, then contact the accommodation plan desk to cancel the old one via email or fax.

- 1. When you would like to change any application information, contact the accommodation plan desk either via email or fax as soon as possible. Changes on a telephone call are not available.
- 2. The difference caused by changes or cancellations will be refunded.
- 3. The cancellation of a hotel only is not available.
