• Participants aged 15 to under 18 require a parental consent form. Please print out the consent form (PDF) and upload it here (or send it by fax).
  If a legal guardian is accompanies the participant, no consent form is needed. If the accompanying guardian is not the legal guardian, a consent form is required.

  Participants who have health issues, use wheelchairs or other devices, have physical or mental disabilities, food or animal allergies, are pregnant or possibly pregnant, bring assistance dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs), or otherwise need special care should check the relevant items when applying and describe the necessary measures during the trip. We will accommodate within reasonable limits and provide guidance before participation.

• Requests to change roommates, either before departure or during the tour, cannot be accepted.
  If no other participants are available for shared accommodations and you end up staying in a room with fewer occupants than its standard capacity, no additional fees will be charged.

• Smoking is prohibited on the bus.
• There is no toilet on the bus.
• Eating and drinking on the bus are prohibited.

2. Precautions

• During the talk shows, use of cameras (including mobile phones), video, digital cameras, or any recording devices is prohibited. Violations will result in confiscation or deletion of data
• The use of mobile phones or alarms inside event venues is prohibited. Phones must be turned off and stored away. Using phones in the audience may result in removal from the venue.
• Follow instructions from event organizers and staff, maintain manners, and behave properly. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour or venue.
• Organizers are not responsible for accidents or troubles caused by ignoring instructions.
• Acts that disrupt the event or endanger others may cause suspension or cancellation of the tour.

3. Seating During the Tour

• Seat assignments are at the discretion of the company.

4. Participant Image Rights

• Video footage taken during the tour may be used on websites, SNS, internet streaming, or DVD releases.
• Participants may be recorded as part of the event attendance. Cooperation with filming and image use is appreciated.

5. Other Notes

• Participants must make their own arrangements for visas and entering Japan no support of any kind will be provided.

• Transportation costs to/from meeting and disbanding places and accommodation arranged by participants themselves are at their own expense.

• After the conclusion of the tour contract, the customer may cancel the tour contract by paying the cancellation fee specified below to us.
