The Company reserves the right to refuse applications for trips with special conditions of participation if the participant's gender, age, qualifications, skills or other conditions do not meet the conditions specified by the Company. Additionally, if participants require special accommodations due to poor health, use of wheelchairs or other assistive devices, mental or physical disabilities, food or animal allergies, pregnancy or potential pregnancy, or the need to bring a service animal (guide dog, hearing dog, or assistance dog), we will accommodate such requests to the extent possible and reasonable based on the request. However, we may decline participation if we are unable to provide the necessary accommodations.
