  • We will not send you any brochures or other explanatory or contractual documents for your participation in this tour, but will inform you about the tour via email.

  • Multiple applications by the same person, applications by switching applicants and accompanying persons, and multiple applications by changing accompanying persons will not be accepted.
  • Agreement for General Data Protection Regulation / EU personal data*
    For EU residents, agreement is required for the “Processing of Personal Data of Customers in EU” before making online application. Please download and read it carefully.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse applications for tours with special conditions of participation if the participant's gender, age, qualifications, skills or other conditions do not meet the conditions specified by the Company. In addition, if any participant is in poor health, uses a wheelchair or other equipment or has a mental or physical disability, is allergic to food or animals, is pregnant or may become pregnant, is accompanied by an assistance dog for the physically disabled (guide dog, hearing dog or service dog) or requires other special consideration, please provide details on the application form available on the website. However, in some cases, such as when we are unable to accommodate such requests, we may refuse participation.
