- We cannot answer any inquiries regarding application status or lottery results. Thank you for your understanding.
- Results: On or after 15:00 on March 31 (Tue), 2026 (JST), we will email a “Lottery Result Notification” to the lead applicant. *Before applying, please allow emails from the following domains to ensure delivery: @or.kntct.com and @or.knt.co.jp (auto-reply).
- Applications submitted at any time during the period are treated the same.
- If duplicate applications for the same event plan are found (including cases where the lead applicant and the accompanying guest are swapped), only the latest application will be valid.

* Requests to combine a hotel reservation independently arranged by the customer (e.g., through Booking.com or Agoda) with the customer’s Accommodation Plan reservation as consecutive nights in the same room will not be accepted. If you wish to stay in the same room across both reservations, please contact the hotel directly about one week before your stay. Please note that same-room continuity cannot be guaranteed; you may be required to change rooms depending on room category and availability.
