Before you make the Application

  • Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Please note that your application does not automatically means the "confirmation" of the reservation.
    Payment by credit card is mandatory to complete your application.
  • Once the hotel rooms are all sold out, we may NOT take the requests any further even before the application deadline of May 7.
  • For the applicants below 20 years of age, parental consent is required. Please print out "Parental consent form" and send it back to us by e-mail at gt_iod05@or.knt.co.jp or by fax at "+81-3-6891-9409" within 5 days after your application.
  • Participants below 15 years of age need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What is included in the Price

  • One night hotel accommodation with private bath, including service charge and government tax charges.
  • Hatsune Miku "Towel holder with carabiner clip" – to be handed over upon hotel check-in or at the concert venue. Details will be announced in the final confirmation e-mail.

 

  • There is no refund of the price at all, even if you do not take all or part of above services for your own convenience.
    一经缴费作实，若因个人理由而未能参加或在活动中途退出者，所缴费用，恕不退回。

Cancellation Policy for Accommodation Plan

A written notification should be sent to KNT-CT Global Travel by e-mail (gt_iod05@or.knt.co.jp) for changes and cancellation. Changes and cancellations by telephone is not acceptable.

  • The date and time of the change and cancellation is based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 10:00 -17:00 [Japan time]). Please note we will be closed on national holidays. After working hours, cancellation will be made next day, which may incur charges. 
  • Cancellation charge will incur even a change of room type, check-in, and check-out date. In case of room type change from twin to single room as an example, an accompanying person will be responsible for the corresponding cancellation charge for him or her room.  
  • Refunds will be made to the same credit card as used in a purchase after the concert period.
  • Please contact the hotel directly for hotel changes/cancellations after August 10 15:00 (Sat) (Japan time).

  • Only one ticket per person on each accommodation plan. 同一住宿计划内每位住客只能购买一张门票。
  • A concert ticket includes the "HATSUNE MIKU Magical Mirai 2019" Osaka Exhibition entry ticket. (Valid for only one day of Exhibition in Osaka)

  • Application for this Concert Ticket should come with the application of Accommodation Plan-“A”, "B", "C" or "D".

  • Once the Concert Tickets are all sold out, we may NOT take the requests any further even before the application deadline of May 7.
  • The ticket will be handed over to you at the venue in exchange with the confirmation letter from us.  We may request a photo ID (e.g. passport) to check your identity.
