If you apply for a twin room, the amount charged will be the above price per person x 2 people. [1 person price x 2].
* Triple occupancy of a room is not available.
* If you apply alone, please select a single room. Single use of a twin room is not available.
* Same price for adults and/or children and/or Infant.
* Option (Live show ticket (specified seat) + Exhibition Ticket) fee is not included in the price on the list.
* Generally, non-smoking rooms will be arranged, but it may be deodorized in some cases.
* If you apply for two different Accommodation Plans for the same stay date and hotel (e.g. Osaka Plan D and E, staying on August 10), we may contact you regarding the room offered.

Before you make the Application

* All dates and times listed on this site are in Japan Standard Time (UTC+9). Please check the time difference before applying.
* Rooms will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.
* One room per reservation is available (one person for single use or two persons for twin use).
* You may apply only one plan per application.
* When all the rooms are sold out, we may stop accepting applications even before the deadline.
* If there are cancellations after all plans are sold out, applications may be reopened during the application period. There is no waiting list.
* If you are planning to apply for more than one plans, do not open the application forms at the same time.
Complete an application first before you apply for another plans. If you try to apply for more than one plan at the same time, it might result in errors.
* Participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a person with parental authority.
If a guardian (other than a parent) is accompanying a person under the age of 15, written parental consent form is required.

* Participants between the ages of 15 and 18 who are not accompanied by a parent must have written parental consent.

* Please note that if your hotel is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or natural disasters, an alternative hotel will be used for your tour.
* If any attendee has health issues, uses a wheelchair or other equipment, has a physical or mental disability, has food or animal allergies, is pregnant or may become pregnant, is accompanied by an assistance dog (guide dog, hearing dog, or service dog), or requires other special considerations, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate their needs. However, in some cases, we may not be able to fulfill certain requests. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline participation if accommodations cannot be provided.

• ・Personal Information of accompanying person If you need for more information or our help, please contact us through the accommodation plan desk via email with your ID number and your plan.

* If you would like to change your plan/ room type (single or twin)/ representative person, you need to apply a new application before canceling your original one. After your new application has been accepted, please cancel your old one via your "My Page" by yourself.
* If you made a reservation in error, please log in to My Page and do the same when you wish to change or cancel the reservation.

* If you have requested options, the cancellation of a hotel plan only is not available.
* If you would like to stay more nights without options, please contact us by email.
* We do NOT accept requests for accommodation reservations that you have made separately (booking.com, Agoda, etc.) to be used as consecutive nights in the same room as the accommodation plan reservation.
Please contact the hotel directly about one week before of your stay and let them know that you would like to stay in the same room for multiple nights.
In this case, please note that you may need to change rooms if your reservation is for a different category, etc.

What is included in the Price

• ・Exclusive original goods
  The exclusive original goods will be handed over at the "Accommodation Plan Desk" at the venue. (You can pick it up together with the optional ticket you have applied for).
  Please confirm the details that will be sent to you in the final confirmation email.
  *There is no refund of the price at all, even if you do not take all or part of above services for your own convenience.
  

What is NOT included in the Price

･Any expenses which are NOT mentioned in the "What is included in the price", such as transportation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, laundry etc.
・Option (Live show ticket (specified seat) + Exhibition Ticket) fee is not included in the price. Please apply for the ticket as an option. Kindly check the from the option information.

Shared Room Requests

We do not accept shared rooms. Please apply for a room type that is appropriate for the number of applicants.
